📦 Free 30-Day Returns

We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery, at no cost to you.

Return Conditions:

✔️ Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
✔️ Must include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✔️ Returns must be approved by our team before shipping back.

We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns within the 30-day window.

💰 Full Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error, we may deduct a portion from your refund.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

2️⃣ Provide photos of the damage or defect.
3️⃣ We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
