At LiftxCav, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy — free of charge.

📦 Free 30-Day Returns
We accept returns on all eligible Mini Excavators within 30 days of delivery, at no cost to you.

Return Conditions:
✔️ Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Must include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✔️ All returns must be approved by our team before shipping back.

✅ We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns within the 30-day window.

💰 Full Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error, we may deduct a portion from your refund.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
1️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide photos of the damage or defect.
3️⃣ We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged through improper use.

  • Custom or special-order products.
