 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free shipping is included with all orders.

 Delivery Method & Timeframe

Orders are shipped using our dedicated LiftxCav trucks to ensure safe handling of heavy equipment.

Standard delivery time is 19–22 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and scheduling availability.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST), excluding holidays.

Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

 Delivery Information for Heavy Equipment

Our logistics team will contact you to schedule delivery.

Please ensure your delivery location is accessible for large trucks.

An authorized person must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Any visible damage must be reported on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

 Delivery Issues

If your equipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, notify us within 48 hours.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.
