🌎 Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to:

United States – FREE shipping on all orders.
Canada – FREE shipping on all orders.

If you’re located outside the USA or Canada, please contact us to discuss options before placing an order.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (EST), excluding holidays.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the time payment is confirmed.
For custom or special-order equipment, processing times may be longer. We’ll notify you if this applies to your order.

🚚 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after shipment:

USA: 7–10 business days.
Canada: 8–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

We use trusted freight carriers for large, heavy items to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on factors outside our control.

📦 Freight Deliveries for Large Equipment

Some products like car lifts and mini excavators ship via freight delivery.
Please Note:

Freight carriers will call you to arrange delivery.
Ensure your delivery location is accessible by a large truck.
You or an authorized person must inspect and sign for the shipment at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show movement.

🚨 Delivery Issues

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, notify us within 48 hours.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us right away so we can investigate.
